Maureen recently took my son's senior pictures and when I saw the results I was so happy I cried. She managed to capture my son's essence and the "real" him. She froze a moment in time, and I will cherish those pictures forever. Prior to the photoshoot she took the time to find out about my son's interests and what vibe he wanted to portray. My son had never been professionally photographed and she immediately put him at ease and made it a fun, stress-free experience. I could not recommend Maureen Rodgers Photography highly enough. Can’t say enough good things about Maureen and her photography. We found her when we wanted to get some family photos done when my son was around 9 months old. She was so patient with him and took the most beautiful photos that we’ve since had 3 more sessions with her. And he’s only 1.5 years old…that’s how good she is!! She knows many picturesque spots around the area and even came to do a session at our house (with a dog). She has an approach that makes the session so fun and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. She’s worth every (reasonably-priced) penny and then some. Maureen was great to work with! It was so easy to schedule a day and place to take the pictures. She was so patient with my two young boys who were not always cooperative. She took the opportunity to learn about our family before the session and that gave her ideas of things to bring to get my youngest son's attention or talking points to make my other son feel comfortable. Once the session was over, she sent us a few pictures within a few days as a sneak peak which got us excited to see more. With every picture, we had the feeling of a child on Christmas morning. The pictures were exactly what we were hoping for! The entire process was so easy from scheduling a session to ordering our pictures.
